What the rate includes. Every rate above is all in. It is the employee’s salary and statutory benefits, passed through at cost and itemized on your invoice, plus our flat $395 management fee. The fee covers legal employment and an HR team on the ground, recruitment, an i5 computer with dual monitors and headset, 24/7 IT support and a secure managed network, security certifications and insurance, training and quality, client success management and the Knit workforce platform. There are no setup, recruitment, workstation, exit or team transfer fees. Where the work suits it, output-based pricing is also available, built on the same transparent framework with the unit price calculation shown.
That is typically 50 to 70 percent below the fully loaded cost of the same role in the US.

Frequently asked questions
-
How much does email marketing outsourcing cost?
Sourcefit’s email marketing rates are $1,130 a month for entry level, $1,388 for mid level and $1,775 for senior email marketing specialists, per full-time employee working from home. Office-based staff add $100 a month. Each rate is all in: salary and benefits at cost plus the $395 management fee. There are no setup, recruitment or exit fees. Where the work suits it, output-based pricing is also available, built on the same transparent framework: we show how the unit price is calculated, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
-
Is the management fee added on top of these rates?
No. The fee is already inside every rate on this page and on every quote. A $1,130 rate is about $735 of salary and benefits at cost plus the $395 fee. You will never see the fee added to a rate you were quoted.
-
What is included in the monthly rate?
Legal employment and compliance with an HR team on the ground, recruitment, an i5 computer with dual monitors and headset, a 24/7 IT help desk, a secure managed network, our security certifications and insurance, training and quality, client success management and the Knit workforce platform. For office-based staff it also covers the seat, office network and utilities.
-
How quickly can Sourcefit build a email marketing team?
Most email marketing roles are recruited, interviewed and onboarded in two to four weeks. Roles that need a specific platform certification can take longer. You interview and choose the email marketing specialists.
-
Who manages the team day to day?
That is your choice. Most clients manage the team directly: the email marketing specialists report to your managers and work inside your processes and tools, with Sourcefit handling employment, HR, equipment, IT and quality support behind them. If you would rather not manage day to day, our Sightline model builds an autonomous team with its own Sourcefit team lead and quality layer that delivers against agreed SLAs, while still reporting directly to you and working to your KPIs, not ours. Sightline is quoted separately.
-
Can the team work inside our existing systems?
Yes. Email marketing specialists work in your email platforms and CRMs, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, under your access rules. You keep ownership of every account, and access is revoked the day someone leaves.
-
Is email marketing outsourcing secure?
Sourcefit holds ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701 certification directly, is PCI DSS validated, has a SOC 2 report, signs HIPAA business associate agreements where needed and operates GDPR-aligned data handling. Home-based staff work on company-managed computers over a VPN with traffic routed through Cloudflare.
-
What happens if we want to bring the team in house?
The team is yours. If you decide to move them to your own entity or take them with you, they go with you. There is no transfer fee, buyout or conversion charge.
-
Dedicated email marketer, agency, freelancer or consultant: which do I need?
A consultant for a short strategy engagement. An agency for shared execution on a retainer. A dedicated email marketer when you have ongoing campaigns, flows and segmentation to build and maintain every week, which is where a full-time specialist at a flat monthly rate costs less than an agency retainer and knows your list better. Many clients keep a strategist in house and give the dedicated specialist the build, QA, segmentation and reporting.
-
Can I outsource just part of email marketing?
Yes. Common splits are builds, segmentation and reporting outsourced with strategy and offers kept in house, or automation flows outsourced with broadcast campaigns kept internal. The specialist fits around your existing structure.
-
Which email platforms do your specialists know?
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are the common ones, and specialists adapt to custom CRMs. You tell us the platform and certifications you need and we recruit for them; you see the candidates’ platform experience before you interview.
-
Can an offshore specialist handle deliverability and technical setup?
Yes, deliverability is part of the role: list hygiene, bounce and complaint monitoring, sender reputation, and working with your IT on SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Domain authentication stays under your control; the specialist monitors and advises.
-
How do I keep the emails on brand?
A brand voice guide and example emails, a brand immersion session at onboarding, close review of the first five to ten sends, then an approval cadence you set. You keep strategy, voice and final approval; the specialist executes.
-
What should I expect from an email marketer each week, and what KPIs apply?
A typical week: segments built, copy drafted, emails built and render-tested, scheduled, and results reviewed within 48 hours of sending. Measure open rate, click rate, conversion and revenue per email, list growth, unsubscribe and complaint rates, and deliverability. Reporting comes from your platform, so you see the same numbers the specialist does.
-
How is AI changing email marketing, and how does the specialist use it?
AI now drafts subject lines and copy variants, optimizes send times and predicts segments. The specialist’s value is in strategy, QA, brand and compliance, and in knowing which AI suggestions to use. We recruit for people who use these tools well rather than for people who do the manual work AI has already absorbed.
-
Who owns the templates, flows and lists?
You do. The specialist works inside your email platform under your account, so every template, automation, segment and list is yours, and nothing moves if the engagement ends.
