MANILA, Philippines–The Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP) has said it will release this month an updated directory of the country’s business process outsourcing (BPO) companies.

This directory, meant to help chart the growth of country’s BPO industry, “will cover every player in the industry today,” BPAP chief executive Oscar Sanez said in a telephone interview.
