The two managing directors of Sourcefit have a combined 25 years of experience in international management and outsourcing. The two bring diverse skills and experience to the Sourcefit team that allow them to anticipate client needs and concerns as well as effectively manage local operations in the Philippines.

Andy has managed outsourced projects on the client side in the areas of Advertising, Web Design, Web Development and Mobile Development since 1997 in Asia, Europe and South America. He has been managing outsourcing projects on the provider side in the Phlippines since 2006. Andy is an award-winning Copywriter and Creative Director and has created and produced advertising campaigns for many of the world’s top marketers including P&G, Coca-Cola, Lever, Toyota, Suburu, Sony and many more. Andy is fluent in French and Japanese.

Giles has managed outsourced projects in the fields of Telecom, Mobile Development and Information Services in Asia and Europe since 2000 and has been providing outsourcing services in the Phlippines since 2006. Giles founded Mobile Media Japan in 2000, advising content companies worldwide on mobile strategy, and serves as Director of International Alliances for the Mobile Content Forum (MCF), a trade consortium of over 180 leading Japanese wireless companies. He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University. Giles is fluent in French and Japanese.
